Fans
of Exposed can expect
pro anglers Ott DeFoe, Ish Monroe, and Brian Snowden (winner of the TTBC in 2010)
to be popping in at the ProPatterns booth from time
to time during the tournament. Fans who come by the booth might also have the
chance to meet Exposed co-host Sondra Rankin, as well as Charley Farley, the
singer-songwriter behind the Exposed theme song, during the tournament.
This
year's Toyota Texas Bass Classic will feature a
field of fifty anglers from the top professional leagues in the world,
including the PAA Bass Pro Shops Tournament Series,
Bassmaster Elite Series, and the Walmart
FLW Tour. Matt Reed, President of PAA, explains how this event stands apart
from other tournaments: “The biggest difference in this event is that you get
the best from BASS, FLW and PAA competing against each other in a single event.”
Reed adds, “The Toyota Texas Bass Classic also makes a 250 thousand dollar
donation to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department to continue the tremendous
job they do with our fisheries. Toyota funds this event with no entry fees to
the anglers and every fisherman gets paid. For the fans there are concerts
every evening and many things to do at the expo: drive a Tundra, visit the
Yamaha Test Track, enjoy the Bass Pro Shop Kid Zone and more.” The Band Perry
headlines the entertainment for the weekend.
The Exposed
Season 2 DVD collection is selling quickly, so fans attending the Toyota Texas
Bass Classic should pick their copy up at the ProPatterns
