Park Falls, WI - Success in the outdoors industry cannot be
painted in broad brush strokes - rather, it requires intelligent, precision
touches of the canvas. And nowhere is this truer than in the combined art and
science of selling premium fishing rods. A single rod can't be everything to
everyone, nor in every part of the world. With this mind, St. Croix Rod
partners with regionally specialized sales and marketing professionals to offer
the perfect blend of products for the area.
And now, to St. Croix's ledger of premium representation, they add fishing
industry veterans Sokol and Associates to manage the
Colorado, Utah and New Mexico territory, and Nile Flickfinger
to blanket Alaska.
"We look at every territory as unique," says St. Croix Director of
Sales Jeff Crockett. "Each has its own intricacies requiring ideally matched
representation to support the specific needs of the region. Sokol
and Associates and Nile Flickfinger will give us that
specialization.
"Knowing that we have the 'Best Rods on Earth,' why would St. Croix settle
for anything less than the best rep groups in their respective regions?"
Sokol and Associates is headquartered in Minneapolis,
Minnesota, but despite their geographical distance from the southwest, the
group is powerful in Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. St. Croix Rod will be a
tremendous addition to their already strong portfolio of fishing brands.
Alaskan born and raised, Nile Flickfinger breathes
the Anchorage air and fully appreciates the needs of area retailers, as well as
the anglers. Who better than a red-blooded Alaskan to service such a unique
territory? St. Croix thinks no one.
The recent appointments are directly related to St. Croix's steady growth.
"As our brand continues to expand, so must our level of service to both
new and existing customers," says Crockett with a keen eye toward the
future.
