MINNEAPOLIS (November 29, 2004) — FLW Outdoors announced Monday the addition of Yo-Zuri America Inc. to its broad network of sponsors. Yo-Zuri joins a growing list of more than 40 name brands that have contributed to making FLW Outdoors the word’s leader in competitive fishing.

As a core sponsor, Yo-Zuri’s Hybrid brand fishing line will be visible on the new Wal-Mart FLW Kingfish Tour.

In August, FLW Outdoors announced it would enter into the world of saltwater angling with the additions of the Wal-Mart FLW Kingfish Tour and the Wal-Mart FLW Redfish Series to its list of competitive fishing circuits. The FLW Kingfish Tour, set to kick off in April 2005, will be the most lucrative kingfish tour in the world.

In its inaugural season, the FLW Kingfish Tour will offer an unprecedented $1.7 million cash payout for five tournaments – four qualifying events plus a no-entry-fee championship. The tour’s four qualifying events will award a total of $1.2 million in cash, and the season will culminate in the no-entry-fee $500,000 Wal-Mart FLW Kingfish Tour Championship.

As a sponsor, Yo-Zuri’s Hybrid brand fishing line will be featured in a variety of media formats maintained by FLW Outdoors.
