Soft bait longevity?
Is there some kind of time limit for how long I can use a soft bait? If I rig one up can I use it all day? If I finish for the day and leave it on the rod will it be effective a few days later? I don't use any attractants. Just thinking I'm using baits that aren't attractive after a while.

Thanx Bb. That's kinda what I needed to know. Maybe I shoulda figured that out when I see they come 10 to a bag.
But, then again, I'm just a dumb old fart.

I always go out on a trip with new plasics on my rods. I never use a used plastic bait for the next trip, unless it is a swim bait. But those go right back in the box when I'm done using them. So their kept in good condition for the next day on the water.
