Any recomendations for pre-loaded maps for a Lowrance LMX17? Are they a lot better than Map Create? What are the best features?

Get advice from a good tech then buy the parts and do the job yourself. More times than not the problem is in the switch and that's a piece of cake to replace. Don't be scared. It's not that tough. As far as replacing cable are conserned get used to it. Cables are a high use part of the motor and th...

This should get some attention.

What is the best lipless vibration bait? My favorite is the Yo-Zuri Rattl'n Vibe. The only color I don't like is the fire tiger.

Re: How's the Clear Lake bite been between Lucernce and

The Rosebud arm is going good. Don't be afraid to throw deep. From the State Park to the North throw swimbaits. My bet is that you'll get a big bite. The docks around Konocti will be full of fish. This lake is full of fish. 4 hours of fishing should put you in the zone.

At the risk of sounding dumb, what is a mag-18? Dobyns mentioned it in an article. I'm guessing it's a ripbait but I don't know for sure. Any help out there?

Does anybody know what kind of swimbaits the guys in the Stren Series Tourny at Shasts were throwing this weekend? I'm just getting into swimbaits and with the cost of them I would like to buy what's working. Let me know your favorites. Thanks
