This Sunday at Clearlake we had 25mph winds with gusts to 37mph. We fished and got wet.... Two boats broke down in the tournament and one ended up on the rocks. Nasty...

I think that they didn't get a good limit the first day and figured since they weren't on good fish that they wouldn't improve on their position so they didn't fish the second day...or they didn't weigh their small 10lb limit for day two...

You guys are correct. Randy showed me this also when we were at the Amazon. The knot held up pretty good with those crazy fish..the line didn't do as well.. We used it a lot as our line would be freyed after a few fish. Very fast to get back in the water and keep fishing.

I was there about two weeks ago and it was completely open. Lots of fish cruising and on beds. Got to pull a 12 1/2 lber out of the water that was dying on the surface. I don't know why it was dying, it looked pretty healthy.
