My Partner just got a Lowrance TI12 and said its by far the best and easiest graph he's ever operated (and hes kina tech illiterate)
The great thing about the TI is that it can network with the HDS Live unit. You cant go wrong with a Lowrance.

Russo's on Franks Tract is a great centrally located starting point and it's where the majority of delta tournaments are held. Yup those contianer ships create their own tide i have seen it drop off 3' and then gush 4' + on the infill. The in fill can create a feeding opportunity for sure - thats pretty awesome the bait fish went wild. did you hook up?

I use the Fenwick World Class Rod in a 7'3 Medium Heavy in both spinning and bait casting. this is by far one of the lightest and most sensitive rod i have in my arsenal. I highly encourage you to check them out.

Had the Ultrex and the Ghost is far better. I've used mine for about 4 months. It is amazing how quiet it runs. Centers when bringing it back onboard without having to step on the pedal.
