Where u located?

hey i heard John Smiley say that you can easily modify these baby's down so that they'll dive deeper? have any you guys heard of this and if so? how do you do it?

im thinking about getting some vendetta rods because i heard they pair well with revos, do they really? and what do they compare to? Shimano Clarus? or Crucial? Gloomis? haha i know they're 80 dollar rods so let me know what you guys think of them.

i dont own a cumara but my buddy striper fishes with a cumara and has landed 20lbers fine. but i do own 2 crucials, 6'8" medium and 7'2'' MH, i've had no problem with them, i actually think they are very stout rods.

how does it look for lake shasta this january? any pointers anybody?
