Just removed this unit. Unit works great, reason for selling is I got a new one for my B-Day. All wiring still in tack. Did not have to cut any wires to remove. New transducer included w/ temp sensor. You will not have to buy any missing parts, all original boxes. 350 obo Jonathan 619) 572-3088

Re: DVL area club
I don't think you will find a club that exclusively fishes DVL and Perris, however our club (Lake Elsinore Bass Club) visits these two lakes twice a year on the norm. We are always open to non boaters joining. Good time to join, as our first tournament for the 2013 season is in January. You can visi...

Re: DVL inspections
I agree w/ you offduty, aside from the fact that most boats can't stay on plane at that speed, our boats create a huge wake at that speed. Dumb, but guess what.........many times they have a sheriff out on the water inforcing the speed limit. If the fishing wasn't so good there I would not bother w/...

Re: DVL inspections
Moose, I got my boat checked last weekend. The guy that checked my boat was totally cool, he asked me if the boat was dry, and I told him you bet. He checked my live well, battery area, and lowered the motor. There was no use of flash light, no probing of my drain w/ a dowel. However you need to do ...

Re: Metal detectors at bass tournaments?...
tunaman, pay attention next time to a FLW weigh in next time. If a fish is dead, it FLOATS! Like I said in my prior post, if its ALIVE and laying on its side, lets check this fish out! Pickin up what I'm putting down tunaman?? I have fizzed many of fish by the way fishing tournaments for the last 15...

Re: Metal detectors at bass tournaments?...
This is easy, why do you think FLW went to using a water tank for weigh in?? If you weigh in 5 fish, drop them in the tank and 2 of the fish fall straight to the bottom and can't swim, RED FLAG. Why are these 2 fish laying on there side, but still alive??? Maybe we should feel there stomach's, x-ray...

Re: US Open Cheater?
Hey Robert F, how long do you think this has been going on. How many other anglers are doing this. Seems like cheater's a dime a dozen now a days. I have been a victim of cheating here in SD, when a father and son team got caught cheating. Left a bad taste in my mouth, now this?? Makes me not want t...

US OPEN
With the first flight soon to weigh in, who is your favorite to take the early lead, and who is your favorite to take the whole thing? I'm going w/ Velvick to take day one, and Justin Kerr to win.

I also think I got a bad spool of Invisx. I bought bulk spool of 15 lb, and it breaks like 10 lb. I actually one time tied on a new jig, went to cast it, and line broke!! I was thinking about sending it back to Seagar to see if they would replace it. Has anyone tried sending line back before?? A bul...

Big Bait Storage
The more I buy "big baits" the less storage I have for them. Wonder if anyone can share how they store there BBZ's, Triple Trouts, Hudds, ect in an organized fashion. I have seen modified clear plastic boxes w/ all thread thru them to hang off of, but I don't see how that type of storage d...

Re: Looking for Boat Insurance
1-800 BASS BOAT, ask for Stan or Ken. Best in California, hands down. You knock off your lower unit at the delta/colorado river, no questions asked, you boat will be fixed. Plus they cover up to 5 k of lost tackle, does your insurance do that. AAA won't wont cover any accident/lose on any river! Gre...

Re: I'm the guy in the video with the REAL story....
Outdoorsmen like myself enjoy sites like these because when we can't be there, we can still enjoy reading other's experiences while being at work or what have you. Reading about who you are going to fight the next time your at the lake is pretty lame. FAKE or not, be done w/ it. I thought you said t...
