Re: Dead Fish at Don Pedro
This is something I’ve been bitching about for a while now. There’s too many wanna be pros out there. Catching fish in 30 to 60 feet of water or more and keeping them in their life well for pictures at the end of the day. No reason to do this other than to say look what I got! As for the tournaments...

Re: Exciting enhancements on tap for 2021 FPT season
I see that FPT is scheduled to have a tournament on New Melones 2/13/21. Call me crazy, but I thought they weren’t giving any permits out there this year. Maybe I’m wrong. Anyone know for sure?

Electronics installation OK guys, I just ordered a Garmin unit with pan optics. I realize the installation is going to be over my head. I’m looking for someone to install that knows what they’re doing. I’m in Livermore but will travel a bit. Thank you.

You asked for feedback or comments so I would suggest you not bounce these fish onto the carpet. Especially in the summer. People don’t understand the damage they do to the slime coat.

Re: New Bass Trail up North?
Seriously! Most of these Orgs. have never had a full field in their existence. Seems like every lake, every weekend, has 1 or more tournaments on it. Up north anyway. It would be nice to see fewer numbers of tournaments but with much larger fields. Just my two cents.

With all the extreme pressure on this Lake this year, what do you all think the adverse results will be. I fished this late for many many years and it’s had its ups and downs. The one thing it hasn’t had is this extreme amount of fishing pressure. With the Spawn starting I’m concerned it will get ra...

I don't see where I said anything negative or positive for that matter. But, to be negative I will add that it seems our better fisheries are getting hammered with Tournaments. The summer tournaments in my opinion are very stressful to the fish. Back when I fished tournaments we had fewer derbys but...

Re: Killing weeds
What really got me going was the where and when. The wind was blowing hard from the NW. They were dumping pellets at Buckingham Point. The pellets were blowing into 30' of water and the current would naturally push them into the o- biss. For the life of me I don't know what they were trying to accom...

I'm not talking about swinging fish into the boat. I am talking about bouncing them out of the water into the bottom of the boat. Like I said if you're not fishing tournaments there is absolutely no reason to do it that way. Boat carpeting is very hard on fish. I generally don't even have a net in t...

They make nets that are fish friendly now. It may look cool to bounce these fish but you are doing major...

OK, here's what we found at the dealer. Triton factory ran 2 ethernet cables between the two units. Only one cable is needed for only two units. Removed one of the cables and both units seem to be working fine now.

Well, much to my disappointment the units stopped working together. Back to square 1. On my old 332 I could go to status and get a reading of voltage. Call me crazy but I can't find a voltage gauge anywhere on this unit. I'm getting a serious headache from all this. Chime in if you can. Thanks

This is probably for Ken Sauret.I have a brand-new set of HDS nine's that came with a new TRX 20 patriot. Console graph works fine by itself but if you turn on the bow graph it will not turn on. It goes to the screen HDS nine with the blue background and blinks a few times and then the console graph...
