MATS A PLENTY AT SILVERWOOD!
got 1 largie on a heddon popper but that was about it
cousin got 2 more on some frogs like you guys said,

so this is my first EVER trip to go fishing at silverwood
any tips or suggestions? im used to fishing cachuma, castaic lake and lagoon, piru, casitas, and cachuma, but NEVER silverwood
any help would be greatly appreciated!

are there smallmouth at the upper lake too?
because ive only heard of some being at the Lagoon!

just looking for a RECREATIONAL fishing partner, someone I can end up fishing with for a long time
im 15 years old
and i like fishing BOTH Castaic Lake and Castaic Lagoon
of couse (although im not too sure if any are here) someone in my age group would of course be preferred
