Glide bait Rod suggestions
Looking for a rod to throw glide baits on that’s not a stiff broomstick. Most are 7’9 but would love a 7’6 if possible. Don’t need a rod for baits heavier then 3 ounces. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Want to start throwing around a trash fish. I never fish with swimbaits. For those of you guys who like fishing with Trash Fish, I’m wondering if you are fishing it literally on the bottom only or are you reeling it just off the bottom? Thanks

I took the Boat U.S test. Overall it took about 2.5 hrs and it was pretty simple and straight forward plus it was free! If your going to take it the test I would do Boat U.S.

I use my carpet steam cleaner that I use at home on the boat carpets. Works great and blows your mind at how dirty the carpets are, even though they look good. You can also on warm day open your lids and spray them good with hose. That way all water drains out and lids dry fast if left open.

This is across from Mandeville. They are burrowing into levee. Our Levee superintendent discovered a hole on side of levee and while checking it out 2 of these ran out right in front of him. One was normal brown and other had a white face which I hadn’t seen before! Thanks for the input guys!!

I literally was just reading the new BASSTIMES and there was a section about Mark Menendez having the same problems and other issues. He started taking CBD SOFTGELS by Revital Outdoors and he said it has helped him tremendously!

I’ve been on the hunt for a good warm pair of gloves for those cold late winter and early spring days on the water. Looked at the STRIKER Glove/Mitt that is waterproof and has thumb and index finger exposed but the reviews aren’t the greatest. What gloves have you guys found that you like? Thanks

Rod your using prolly has too stiff of a tip to it. Try a diff rod with a fast tip and you shouldn’t loose them.

I loved buying everything I needed from them because it would show up in a day or two. Used to place multiple orders in a week and receive them in no time. I just placed a basic order yesterday and it won’t ship for a couple weeks? That’s mind blowing!!

I’m sure this has been covered but I want to buy a new Ultrex for my 2013 Ranger which is a 24v system. If I convert it to 36v I can get the 112 lb thrust motor. My question is, is it hard to convert it over and second, would I have to buy a new charger as well? Thanks!!

I would look at the Daiwa Tatula As well for a frog rod. Bought one last year and it’s super light with a great backbone. I throw my A-Rigs on it as well. Worth looking at! Good luck!
