seperating 2 lowrance Hds 12 gen 2 with structure scan.

How do you separate the bow meter from the console meter? I have a transducer on my trolling motor and another one under the jack plate. I can't figure out how to unsync the two meters. Both meters are reading off the console. Thanks for any help.
