I can’t count the times I’ve seen a thread or heard this discussed over the years. Years ago our club actually had something in the bylaws regarding this. First off, let me say I am not a professional just a weekend angler that has enjoyed fishing spoons for many, many years. Keeping it simple (I could go on, and on) - Structure spoons - Dobyns 703C or 663C, 6:3.1 or higher reel, 12lb. mono, and a couple 1/2oz Kastmasters in silver (bright) and gold (...

for those that don't already know the tide basically repeats itself every two weeks, plus or minus an hour or so. Most times I'm only able to fish every two weeks, so if I get on a good bite on a good tide I try to repeat two weeks later. Just wondering....taking the tide out of the equation, what ...

I have used Larry's Reel Repair and Cleaning out of Vacaville several times, he's definitely my go to guy. I have also used Reel-Ex, and can't say a bad word about them either. Both offer a very good turn around time, professional service / repair and great communication. http://larrysreelrepair.com/
