It was just a BPS Carbon Lite. Broke into about 4 inches from the handle

Thanks guys. I used one this weekend and got 3 bites on it. All 3 were over 4lbs. I was throwing it on a Dobyns 735 with braid. I think I'll change to fluro. I live in NC and all you can find around here is the Zman, which I will not use. I'll order some from the west

What are your setups for these baits. Need to get better at this. Need rods, lines, and baits. Thanks

What type and pound line do you guys use. I've been using 20lb mono and my line gets frayed. Is there a insert that can put in the sleeve like a tungsten weight.

Thanks to all new rod was ordered. I'll let you know how it works once it gets here. Its now jerkbait season. It was 80 degrees with
65 degree water temp last week, now it 31 degrees, sleeting and water temps at 48 degrees

We don't have any dealers here in the south but I'm looking for a jerkbait rod. Which one would be the best. Also will there be any at the Classic in Greenville SC
