Re: WOWOW
Offduty dont be fooled. The underground site is moderated more heavily then any other. It is owned by that swimbait company and that custom rod company. If anybody says something bad about either of them, they get banned. That site is the most biased site with 1 adgenda, to sell those baits and thos...

Re: KAMAKAZEE Bait Co. Swim baits!
Ok here is the deal. The guy came on here insulting Matt's baits. He basically said that Matt’s baits wont swim right, the paint comes off and they are only for bed fishing. His whole point was to try and slam the Matt gill. I have used many of them and have never had any of these issues. First of...

Re: KAMAKAZEE Bait Co. Swim baits!
Guys dont waist your money. That peice of junk "bluegill" isnt worth 5$ let alone $20. The action on them is very unrealistic, they have no action at slow speeds and they defiantly DO ROLL. Maybe if they were $5 they would be ok. As for durrability, sure they last a while becase they dont ...

Most underratted swimbaits
I posted this on SBN also Ok we all know about Hudds, Matt gills, Triple Trouts, Armagedons, Slammers etc... Now that we have about a million baits to choose from it seems there are about a dozen baits that everybody has and loves. We already know about those. My question is what baits should be ...

Re: Winning bait of the Heavyweight Bass Classic?
Well I can tell you what wont win it, a BBZ cause the one guy that uses them wont fish it. I also predict the conditions will be tough so the guys throwing the bigger swimbaits will blank. Those fish have grown wise to the TT and Hudds. The winning bait will either be a 6'mattlures trout or a 6'hudd...

Tied for #1 is Huddleston and Mattlures then a huge gap down to 3rd place might be 3:16 or MSSlammers but I dont think thats what this post was asking. I think he was asking which were the first ones made. Which would be the Worm kings. sassy shads, renowskys or even the old creek chub wiggle fish, ...

There are a ton of baits out there and most are good but only a hanfull are exceptional. Here are some I recomend. ANYTHING by Huddleston! Anything by Mattlures! Any hardbait by 3:16 and mission fish. Original Ms Slammer, Rago Rat. Tripple trout. You could get away with these and never need to buy a...

I got to try a bottle of this stuff and all I can say is WOW!!! First off it does not stick to your fingers. If it drips on your boat seats or carpet just whipe if off. I accidentaly did this and and was releived when It just whiped off. I was drop shotting Robos and going through them pretty fast. ...

REAL swimbaits. Not storm or R2S or luckycraft. Bass pro should carry the swimbaits that swimbait fisherman actualy use.

I have been doing good so far. I have caught about 20 fish from 1.5lbs up to 11lbs.40z on Mattlures trouts with the average around 6lbs. I havent caught anything on my bbz yet and only a few on Hudds. I think the fish have just seen some of the baits so many times that you need to show thwm somethin...

Re: What was the best new product at BASS-A-THON??*NM*
I thought the best new bait was the Mattlures new bluegill with the fins that flair out. Its just cheating. Other then that I thought the 2 limited Hudd colors were cool. Nothing else realy jumped out at me.

So now we have to buy $20+ shipping worth of glue to fix the bait? No thanks. You guys think that spro is doing such a great job? I think they are gouging you for another $20. Re: RATE THESE A, B, C ETC
A+ Huddleston and Mattlures are in a class by themselves both in how they catch fish and how much better they look then all the other baits B Rago and 3:16 but not all of thier baits. Some of them would get a lower grade and their top end models would get higher grades but they arent cheap. C Osprey...

Re: SWIM BAITS
I have to disagree with you guys. I am not a big mission fish guy. The bait is dificult to hook fish on and its easy for bigger fish to throw when they jump. For me there is no one swimbait but you can only have a few and be well armed. First you need a trout bait. There is only one. Huddleston. I h...

Re: Mattlures swimbait question
I used to cast it out as far as I could and use an eratic fast retrieve. I would burn it then kill it and give it hard jerks. I would always try to run it into things like rocks and stumps and then let it fall. That has worked well for me but you can get tired after an hour or two. latley I have bee...

Re: Mattlures swimbait question
If your only using the bluegill as a bed bait you are missing out. I have caught dozens of bass over 5lbs this year on them and none were on beds. I do use them on beds but its almost to easy. Right now the larger bass are primarily feeding on bluegill and small bass. Now is the time to use them. I ...

Re: need help finding a good swimbait
Yeah I have thought about the castiac bass but they are very expensive, plus I dont get bit on hard baits as mush as the soft ones. I fish a lot of ultra clear lakes and I think they see the bill and hanging trebles. I have actualy had fish come and eat the bluegill when it was just sitting there on...
