Guide license
Is coast guard certification required to be a guide on the river systems and lakes of California? If so who do you contact or how does one go about getting the certification?

Where abouts on the Feather are you going? Using a prop boat can be kinda tricky on the Feather. Be carefull and try to find someone knowlegable about the area to go with you. The weathers great, all my tackles loaded, but I'm still stuck at home nursing a leg infection.
I can't believe it I got my boat Thursday and it's still in garage.
I did get to sit in it yesterday with my grandsons and play vroom vroom in the grarage though.
