Re: Which Softbait Swimbait is the most durable?
I would have to side with Don, don't go with what will last the longest, go with what you have confidence in. I fish Hudds a lot and have had baits get torn up with no fish and I've had baits that had no marks after 4-5 fish. On baits that get torn up on the belly I have fixed them by pouring melted...

Don't be nervous...see if you can fish on your wedding day like I did though....my reception was near a small lake full of catfish and bass. I had big channel cats swirling on my popper, i'm glad i didn't catch any, it would of been fun taking those off with my tux on.

When I was on patrol I would stop people for their trailer hitch covering their license plate all of the time. I never did this to anybody I thought was a obeying citizen, only dirt bags. It was good probable cause to stop somebody and see if they had warrants or dope in the car. No warrants or dope...

Re: Eastman Closure!!!! Your Fault!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really think they need to open it and if they are worried about that prestine area getting ruined they should keep it 5mph. Also if Eastman wants to be true "trophy" lake they should change the one fish 22" limit. The one fish 22" limit only promotes the take of large trophy fi...

This fall I really noticed an increase in largemouth at McClure. Every time you got down to about 50-60' you would just catch a ton of 6"-9" largemouth. With the good spawn for largemouth we had last year and the anticipated good spawn this year hopefully the lakes that have been over run ...

There are some lakes that are being ran as trophy lakes here in Ca. that I think would greatly benefit from a big slot limit like that. I think at a trophy lake they should have something like a 15" to 22" slot limit. You can keep five with one being over 22" and 4-5 under 15". I...
