SOUTH SAN DIEGO TUBE FISHING

I am active duty military and have not been stationed in California since 1989 (place has changed). I use to float tube fish the last time I was here and am getting another one. Anyone want to toss out a few good locations to bass/trout fish? I am in Spring Valley but will travel for a good location.
