Clearlake Launch Ramps Near Nice

I'll be up in Nice in early April and want to find out what the best launch ramp is (preferably with a dock) to launch from to fish the upper lake?

The ramp at the public park in Lucerne will work for you or come into Lakeport and use the 3rd or 5th st ramps
