Fishhedz coustomer service....

Post by Curadodude »

IS AWESOME. Was having problems with our masks fogging up. So I shot Fishhedz coustomer service an E-Mail explaining the problem, and recieved a reply from a man named Jim Neal. He said that he would send us 2 new "Anti-fog" lenses for $11.95. They usually run $20 a pop. He said that they had no problem doing this for coustomers that had this problem with older masks.

I have heard of their great coustomer service, this proved it to me. :D :D

Dude - You will not find a better company, from their product integrity to their customer service. They are top notch and I am proud to be on their Pro-Staff.

So far I'm not impressed. I ordered a mask off their website last fall and I tried using the mask up at Sonoma this December. The lense fogged up and iced over so badly that I had to take the mask off to see where I was going. I tried wiping it down and it still fogged over so I put it away, and froze my face. When I got back, I sent an email to the Company looking for a fix or repair. As of today, I've gotten no response. Now I'm going to assume that somehow my email got lost in the shuffle so I've sent them another email today to see if I can get a fix for my mask. I'd like to use it since I fish regularly in the winter time and it'd be nice to not freeze my face in order to see where I'm going. Hope the customer service is as consistent as I've been reading about here.

OK now I'm impressed. I got a response from Jim within 20 minutes of my email today and I'll be getting a new lens shipped to me for a nominal fee. I must say, this is about the quickest response from a company yet. Looking forward to using my mask AND seeing where I'm going at the same time!
