Jason are you the regional director?

Post by ash »

I am kicking around fishing CA Bass Federation tournaments however the website was a little confusing.

What are the membership requirments?
What is the entry fee?
Are there still Ghost Clubs available to sign up with?

I am seriously considering fishing Federation and an All Delta will help me get more time on that body of water.

Thanks,

It's really very simple:

What are the membership requirments?
1) Belong to a bass Club that is affiliated with the California Bass Federation.
2) Belong to FLW (used to be belong to bass). You can go to flwoutdoors.com, click "Join", choose the $25 membership (the $15 only is the magazine, not tournaments). If you put "FEDERATION" in the offer code, you save 25 percent.
3) Have a fishing license and life vest (grins)

What is the entry fee?
Basic entry fee is $70
Big fish $5 (optional)
$10 option (optional of course)
$20 option (optional of course)

Are there still Ghost Clubs available to sign up with?
Yes there are. I help run one, you can contact me for assistance. I've sent in a big group of new members, and have a stack of checks for a second submission. marklangner@sbcglobal.net or call me at 415-286-7966

p.s., since I'm the Sacramento Region tournament director, it wouldn't hurt my feelings at all if you'd also like to fish a few in my region.

You can see the schedule of tournaments in all regions at www.californiabass.org
