for using bad behavior to get attention and having a tantrums to express their feelings . Most of us outgrow these behaviors by the time we reach 3 years old . I'm sure we all know family and or friends who let their toddler's act up in this same manner and then make excuses to justify their childs bad behavior.

do you really believe what you just said? hell i am 50 and i still melt down on occassions.everyone melts down, just not all of us do it on national tv.
