Dan is factory trained and has repaired/serviced Shimano for years. In the past, he has repaired/serviced my Shimano reels. This year, he worked on my Quantum reels during the winter.

I have a reel servicing business, if anyone is interested. I take pride in my quality and care with maintaining reels.
