Need confirmation that the whole Delta is open...
I am planning on heading out to the Delta tomorrow. I would like to launch from Paradise Point. Is the whole Delta open for recreational use? Anyone fish today? Is the bite as good as I think it is going to be?

SACRAMENTO – The California Department of Boating and Waterways (DBW) has announced that the Sacramento San Joaquin Delta will be open to recreational boating at noon Thursday, April 20 when the closure order expires.
“We have determined that conditions in the Delta, particularly in San Joaquin County, are improving enough that it is no longer necessary to keep large areas of the waterways closed,â€
