Maps for Lowrance LMS 334C Need your input!!!!

I'll be purchasing the unit in the next few days, but I'm unclear of which map company to use (Lowrance, Navionics) Would like to have as much detail as possible for: Shasta, Clear Lake, Oroville...etc. Also, which company do you all recommend for the Delta. Pro's and Con's of each would greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
