Scroll down to the bottom of the classified page and on the left side above "who's online" click on the "New Topic" tab.
Edit....I don't know if this board is screwed up but it appears the new topic tab doesn't always show up. On this ad just scroll down to the bottom and click on "return to used boats" on the bottom left and then scroll to the bottom and on the left you should be able to see the new topic tab.

BTW, nice boat Eggolf. Is that an Evinrude G2 on the back? If so that's the baddest motor made to date.
