Evacuation Warning

Early this morning a fire broke out in Camptonville. As of now the lake is in an evacuation warning. We recommend not planning any day trips out here today.

Yep, our club was evacuated from group camp on Friday morning!!

It was oddly quiet Sunday AM. However, 15 wakeboard boats by 11:00 changed the scene! Summer is coming!

The fire had no activity overnight. Resources are continuing to coldtrail all the lines, mop up and look for any remaining hotspots. They are removing hoselines and equipment. The fire is expected to be fully contained today. Firefighters will continue to check the incident over the coming days, this is the control phase of a fire. Finally, the fire will be declared out.
