Top cap gel coat central valley

Can anybody recommend anybody in central valley Fresno area that can color sand and clear top cap. May even have to re gel coat if it's can't be done.

Yup.... it's about an hour and a half north of you but the guy at Smooth as Glass is top notch. He does warranty and insurance work for a lot of dealers.... VERY good. He will get the correct color/flake/etc from the manf. And match it exactly. It does take awhile though.... he did a minor repair for me one time and it was like 3 weeks. Takes a lot of drying time in between coats, etc.
