daiwa rod repair

i have a daiwa procaster z (linear intercast) that was given to me but it is need of some repair. i was wondering if anyone has suggestion on where to get it repaired. the part which needs to be fixed is the oval shaped guide attached to the blank where the line enters the rod. any help would be appreciated!

Call or e-mail Daiwa to get the replacement part. Then you either have to do the repair yourself or find a rod repair shop that can do it. I have some of the same rods and have had to replace the small ceramic ring on the tip, but not the one you are talking about.
