Want to give a shout out to Gary Dobyns for changing the bass rod business by offering over the counter application specific rods.
Before Dobyns rods we had 3 or 4 bass rods if you want a specific rod it had to be custom build.
Gary started his company using Lamiglas rod because they had a wide range of blanks for the custom rod building business. Lamiglas offered custom builds back in the 80’s using state of the art blanks and components, Gary’s original Champion series.
