1,000 people were left without power in Rio Vista

According to a recent ABC 10 News report, more than 1,000 people were left without power in Rio Vista after an outage affected businesses and residents.
One community member even recorded experiencing 14 outages within the past 10 days. These outages have been reported to PG&E, who stated that “This is a seasonal issue due to bird migration in the Delta."
Where are state regulators and Governor Gavin Newsom when these issues arise? With all of the state’s attention on the Delta Conveyance Project, basic infrastructure needs are being neglected and harming the region’s economy.
