Does anyone have experience with warrantying a StCroix rod. I filled out the form and paid the $60 3wks ago and have not heard anything. I called and waited for 30min only to be dropped. Called back, left a message and never got a return call. The rod is a Legend elite that is 9yrs old. TW say it has a 15yr year warranty with a $60 replacement.

Did you contact them before filling out the form and sending the rod? I know things are busy up there right now with their yearly customer appreciation event happening this weekend. But I've never waited more than 15 minutes to talk to someone at St Croix, even during Covid. I've had 3 warranty issues in 15+ years fishing their rods and all were handled as they should be. Probably need to call and either wait or see if they offer you a callback option...

Been years but have had a couple of dealings with them & other than wasting time trying to get you to upgrade they were great
