President Trump will sign the Beautiful bill on July 4th
WIN!!!!
Democrats are crying.
Taking some tax off our firearms
No tax on overtime
No tax on tips
If that’s not the biggest tax cuts
A very rare thing. A president who delivers what was promised
It’s a bad day for the free loaders
Your worried about Medicade and the children
Guess what ? Flooding the country tanked medicade
With a real president restoring the boarder and ICE removing the illegals flooding the emergency rooms
Maybe we can take better care of the citizens who have paid into the system ?
In any case another BIG WIN. Now tax will go down Americans will have money to spend. The economy will be better. With no tax on overtime there is a huge Incentivize to WORK. America will do better now and republicans will win in the primaries.
Monte and crew wanted the bill to not pass. The country to suffer. That way the democrats would have a chance in the primaries. With the tax breaks and stock market going up inflation stabilizing or going down the people will be happy with the administration. Without a flood of illegals getting free money the democrats are doomed. Plain N simple
The primaries are out of democrats reach now
We are tired of the lies
All these great things are happening to better America and its citizens. All they can do is put spin and lies on the truth about cutting hand outs too true freeloaders stealing from your own safety net.
Oh medicade cuts.
I saw that ugly face pelosi on TV talking about how this is hurting the CHILDREN. Same lies they been repeating since 1980. When they don’t get to steal more taxes it’s always the children. First it was the immigrants children. Now it’s all tge children.
The suckers eat it up and cry.
Happy 4th! America is back
WIN

Here is a little help for you...monte300 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 9:43 am The essence of this bill is even more disturbing in a way because this is what Republicans have always wanted. Since the 1960s when you saw the expansion of Medicaid and Medicare and other programs, conservatives or Republicans have always wanted to cut back the welfare state as they call it. So they’re getting what they want but now 55 or 60 years later, the country is dependent on these programs because they work and they help people. So the only thing that can be done is a massive backlash against all Republicans in 2026 to try to control this a bit until rump is out of office. The reason why these programs became so necessary was because since the 1970s we’ve had a massive wealth shift to the top, which has left ordinary working people with fewer economic opportunities. Just take the federal minimum wage as an example. It is still $7.25 an hour . That is about $16,000 a year. That is about $10,000 or more below the poverty level. This is our economic system that is built for the rich. In the meantime, rump stopped sending weapons to Ukraine. They were already approved and he did not renew the sanction on Russia on July 1, so we have just switched sides in that war and nobody noticed. So in a nutshell FOAD you billionaire loving magat!![]()

Re: WIN
It all depends on who one chooses to believe. I’m not sure a republican representative from Texas would paint it any other way. With that said why did so many GOP congressmen criticize the bill and in the end cave and voted yes? Trying to have it both ways to avoid being primaried next year I suppose? If the cuts to Medicaid are so minimal why are they waiting till after the midterms to put them into effect? The timing makes me suspicious. With all that said I hope Crenshaw is correct.
In regard to the $500 billion being cut from Medicare, that will affect many of us old timers. I’m hearing there’s a 4% cut coming in January and we haven’t even discussed SNAP.

Re: WIN
The things I like most about the bill are no taxes on tips and overtime. The no tips thing doesn’t fire me up that much because every person I’ve ever known that gets tips is nowhere near honest about the amount they get on their taxes. To me putting a $12,500 cap on overtime tax exemption really helps what I consider the working poor. People that have two jobs instead of one job that taxes the hell out of their overtime. Now maybe some of those can work one job and not get so hammered on overtime taxes. Not sure if I articulated that well?stickbait wrote: ↑Fri Jul 04, 2025 1:12 pmHere is a little help for you...monte300 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 03, 2025 9:43 am The essence of this bill is even more disturbing in a way because this is what Republicans have always wanted. Re: WIN
What about the 1000 dollars for newborn? Myself being against big government actually thinks it a good idea. Too many have no clue about saving funds and how Roth accounts work. It might help some young people learn how to contribute part of their income into an account for retirement
The $1,000 for newborns would go into a federally administered investment account, specifically designed for each eligible child similar in structure to a child development account (CDA) or government-seeded Roth-style account.
An investment account locked for the child’s future, and usable for things like:
College or trade school
First home
Small business startup
Any other use would likely incur penalties and taxes, similar to early withdrawal from a Roth IRA or 529.
Good idea or scam?
Is this creating government dependency or individual accountability?

Re: WIN
I’m ok with the $1,000 for a newborn savings account. I’m also ok with securing borders and deporting illegals. It’s the way it’s being done that I have a problem with. Too many mistakes in my opinion.
Examples are the Korean man that fought in an American war or two and took two bullets for this country. He was forced to self deport. The other more recent case was the unhealthy 75 year old man from Cuba that lived legally in the USA for sixty years. He was unlawfully detained and died while in custody.

Re: WIN
The Korean man has criminal convictions that prevented him from becoming a citizen. He could have became a citizen long before the crimes in 2009.
He arrived as a child
It’s a sad story but our own actions have consequences. Sounds to me like he didn’t want to become a citizen. 50 years with a green card?
It’s messed up but I have wonder what and how bad the drug crimes were. I have not found that information
Was it a joint or was it 100 pounds of cocaine?
If a joint that is messed up. He should be a citizen after serving the country in my opinion but that’s not how it works.
