There was a guy in Tuolumne County that was doing that type of work. Name is Kevin Ogg. He works for the Hetch Hechy water district in Moccasin , ca. Lives in Sonora. If you look him up on Social Media ya may be able to see what he is doing. A very sharp guy and also works on electronics installations as well.
