"We have a term 'groceries.' It's an old term but it means basically what you're buying, food, it's a pretty accurate.

Affordability - Umm... he never heard that term before until it was brought up to him weeks ago.

If you are employed If your your retirement package includes medical coverage you do not necessarily get Medicare
If you have other credible insurance you do not need or required to get Medicare

I happen to have blue shield ppo for myself and family
For the rest of my retired life. Deductible of around 500 dollars. HRA pays for that deductibles and medications
Full dental for life with delta. Same set up the HRA pays for all the dental deductibles and medication.
Eye insurance VSP
I chose blueshield over Kaiser because I don’t care to be line up like a sheep at the Kaiser clinic
My daughter took advantage of it until age 26
It cost about 300 dollars a month out of my pocket ever since I retired
My retirement does NOT require that I ditch my insurance for Medicare at 65 or any other age
Was it easy to go to school and work every day to earn this ? I want to say no not really for any responsible person
I was lucky enough to have enough sense to make fairly decent decisions in the life.

I’m trying explain why I don’t think it’s that hard or bad.
The denoRats have ALWAYs used the elderly the children the poor to their advantage
I don’t believe giving more power and tax or stealing from the rich only to give it to the government is right
They already get 30-40% of our income.
Think of it. You work the first 3-4 months of the year for the government.
The system is broken. Extending the affordable care act is not the answer

Some sort of sliding scale based on income to anchieve it imo. Even with 65% increase mine is still affordable. Getting a 2.8% increase in my social security and getting $70 a month less feels like a kick in the teeth albeit not life changing.

No I’m not on Obamacare. My Medicare costs are deducted from my social security check they emailed me what I can expect starting in January. I think pretty much everyone will get health care increases some like Obamacare more than others. Someone has to pay for all the military presence in American cities, ICE and our presence in the Caribbean.

What I can't figure out is how anyone can believe the fool when he says he's reducing the deficit by billions. Just like Monte said, more money is going out than coming in and the deficit will continue to grow as long T keeps wasting money like no tomorrow! Even his illegal tariffs aren't bringing in nearly as much as claimed and if the courts have anything to say on it, they will be stopped. Also, the tax refunds to buy off voters aren't going to help.
