Launched out of Paradise yesterday. Started catching fish right past telephone cut. Fished all the way to White Slough, using green Yamamoto 6 inch crawdads to flip into the sparse tules. The second best bait was a 1/2 oz. spinnerbait thrown through the weeds. Caught a lot of fish up to maybe 5+lbs or so. But caught enough to keep you interested. The best time was on the outgoing tide. Coming back to Paradise we stopped and fished the docks and caught some nice bluegill and crappie and a bunch of small stripers. Lots of small baitfish running around in packs everywhere. Give it a try it was a lot of fun. Just my 2 cents, oh by the way, give the Chatterbaits a try, especially the bluegill color.
