That is true, but what about the droplets of water that hit your face, hands, and where the bottom of the rain gear ends, that work their way down and up that saturate your long johns and long sleeve t shirt?

I'm still wringing myself out from today. :(

Rain, did it rain at h'Oroville today? I was so wet after the first hour, I didn't really matter after that

I am gonna need 30lbs to catch Lockhart tomorrow and of course I drew his AM from today  No pressure!

It will be an interesting lake tomorrow...I wonder how much more of it will look like coffee?

I'll need all the luck I can scrounge tomorrow as 90% of my areas with better fish looked like coffee today and tomorrow it should be worse. It will interesting to see how much the lake comes up tomorrow as it came up over a foot and a half in the last 24 hours with just 1.25 inches of rain at the lake (over 3" in Paradise and who knows how much in the back country) and it is supposed to rain worse tomorrow :x
