Good Casting/butt seat?

Post by snapitoff2002 »

My casting seat feels like I'm sitting on a 1950 Farmall tractor seat! I have a problem with my right ankle at times, so I have to sit a lot, or pay the price at the end of the day (otherwise I wouldn't even use the seat up front). A new one from Ranger is about 90-100 bucks... Anyone buy an aftermarket one and like it? A cushy one!

You are a CUSHY ONE!!! Maybe you should put that fat cushy one from the back up front. I'll take your little seat, then I won't have to leave the fatty in the truck. Reading Inland?

LOL.. If you went to Reading Island... I hope you caught a giant with the water flowing in. I have a birthday party to go to- and then maybe the lake. I think I have a nice lookin' one coming with me tomorrow... Maybe I'll put the big seat up front so she has to share with me!

I have yet to find a cushy after market seat. Not saying theres not one out there. I had one of the hard ones re- upholstered with xtra foam, it came out nice but was about 70 bucks. And that was 4 years ago in oregon. All of cabellas and bass pros seats are junk IMO. Good Luck

I've had one of these seats on my bow for 3-4 years. They're pretty soft and foamy!

I could help you out except the seats I have have the Champion name on it. I have a red and gray both brand new. These are the one that comes on the boat when new.
