Seat Post help

I am a bit tall, and my adjustable seat post is just a tad short. So a couple of years ago I found a Non-Adjustable post adapter about 4-6 inches long, I cant find it this season!!!!!! I just cant remember where I got it. I have looked everywhere, online as well, but the shortest I see is 11" like this;
