I quit just prior to Christmas or New Year, so evertime I look at the month/date I know how long it has been.

No nicorette, patches, gum, Back off or Mint snuff, I just threw it away and just quit.

I will never go back to that stuff.

When my grand daughter was two years old she begged me to stop smoking. Nothing else had worked prior to that, but her little tears really moved me. I stopped for good. Last night I watched her high school play at Roseville High School and was reminded that 14 years ago she begged me to stop.

I just passed the 12 month mark myself and couldn't be happier.

Now if I can only quit my new found, once per week Tackle Warehouse "send me another box, I need it REAL BAD" addiction then I......umm....well......that will never stop so I just accept this weakness and open the box
