With this very high tide I was really looking towards the tules. I did notice last night the bright full moon and had wondered how that would affect the bite. We did not get bit for nada there. Worked it slowly all the way around the bucket even....

Jack was one cold replite as he would not do anyhing till I gave him permission to have his Cholocate Milk and Breakfast bars --- He was just not gona come out underneath from that towel even.

Near past the 1st bend- we ran into B G. Came right up and said "Hello--- Your DeltaDan !!" --

He gave us all a full instructionional of how to use the Senkos. THANKS AGAIN BG !! Said he caught a 4#'er already .... Luke ate his advise up -- I have no confidence in those baits and after we left him- kept tossin' the LP Jr. into the open water Since I had eralier missed one blow-up on it. ---How a bass can not connect with all those hooks I don't understand either .......

Left there and worked the island in the main channel near the very north of Franks to no avail on Senko's and Jigs.
Went down some river stopping/seeking shelter from the wind and tossed both Senko's and followed with Jig's every 3 cast on BG's advise. --Thats alot of work !!

Later entered Little Mandivile for our first time -- Hit the tree's while we worked up near the floating hydrilla's. Left there bout 40 min later as the tide was ripping out and I did not know of any other breaks to get out of other than the one we entered from. On the way out over the berm it was 1.4'.
Went around LM and up into the main channel starting at Quimby working North. Stinko Guru- Ringle Pringled me on da telly --and said we had passed him some time earlier -- So we headed back to meet up back at their spot. Stinko sugested to try the spinners on the opposite wall- (Not even a Senko Guru suggested a Senko...

Visited some more with Senko and his back seater Phyliss before we headed back to where we were- (Beautiful Nitro you have Senko !!

I got lit up like a National Lampoons house on Christmas with my jig !! Luke kept tossin' the wacky senko in smelly jelly from the front....... I kept following him up and they attacked my jig with brute force !!

Biggest one landed-

The best 5 of the six mabey went 9 pounds for a total. --Lost a very nice one.... and it still has a jig in it's mouth as my Polymer knot came undone..... Luke said it could of gone 4 easy. --I started leaving a tag end on the knot after that.....

Jack was tossing his rattle that he picked up from Dave's Bassshack .... He was gona hook one of us throwing side arm --- So I asked him if I could tie a jig on his rod. His 8th? cast- before he had the bail flipped over the bass was runnin' like it had stollen something !!

Jacks personal best--

We then ate some lunch as we motored into more shallow waters further north with alot of abandoned boats. That was not gona work and I asked the boys if they wana hit what we just did.
Luke wanted to fish the docks of Talor with his Senko's -- I told him it will be tuff bacause of the wind........ He said "I'll take the front -- you can just sit in the back"

So off we went -- Stopped off at a couple of rockpiles before we entered Talor to nada. Once at the docks Luke wanted to fish- We got blown around like a cheap tent--- Just like I had told him.

Wentback to the NW one last time and the tide had dropped alot. We ended up with Luke tossing his swimbaits into the grassmatts of the open Franksand we were held almost held in neutral in between the tide and the wind.

Started having some motor problems earlier and did not wana try the channel leadges again so far away- last pic on the way back in.

Signed--
Da' Clan that is not at the Rally for our first time.......but we fish on a weekend for our first time -- and greatly enjoyed it all !!
Cheers !!
PS- I forgot to mention -- LUKE ATE SKUNK -- AND JACK AND DADDY CAPPED HIM LIKE A BOTTLE ON THE WHOLE RIDE HOME !!!!!
