Lake Lopez

My club is going up to Lopez next weekend for our last two day tournament.
I, and many others who read this forum, have never been there.
Any tips/general knowledge you guys care to share, like techniques that work this time of year, depths to fish, etc.?

My aunt and uncle used to manage that Lake when I was a kid. Havent been there in 30 years. Let us know how it fishes.

I fished a tourny at lopez 2 weeks ago and caught them on basstrix swimbaits and spider jigs. There is a flip bite also. tThe winners caught there fish on the main lake rock throwing dropshot in 12 - 20 feet of water. There was another tourny this weekend dont know the results but the bite is on.
