I second that. I have ordered from them 50 or so times and have never had to wait more then 2 days to get my stuff and there has never been an error. The few times I had a issue with a product they refunded my money or replaced the item (my choice) with no hassle.

My only complaint is the free shipping, I can't help myself and order more then $50 worth of stuff everytime...

I wish all online stores performed half as well as Tackle Wherehouse!!! They truly set the example.

I agree Levy. That free shipping over $50 pisses me off too. So does their customer service. They make it too easy to spend a bunch of $$$$$. On top of that, I got to meet them at ICAST and they are very nice guys. More $$$$ spent. Can't go wrong dealing with them.

By far the best website to buy tackle off the net with pictures of every bait and every color they carry. You get a tracking number shortly after your order via email. These guys are on top of things!!

The store is very small, but the young man working there was very helpful and friendly. I went in and shopped on the store computer. He steps in the warehouse and comes out with the item. They even discounted my purchase because they would not have the ship the item. A great place to order from. Sometimes if I order early enough in the day, I have recieved my order the next day.

I also agree that buying tackle from the Tackle Warehouse is the only way to shop. They have an excellent selection of my favorite baits and usually have it in stock. I stopped wasting my time driving to the Fisherman's Warehouse only to find out that they are out of stock. Now, I order from the Tackle Warehouse and it is on my doorstep in 2 days which saves me time and gas money. If it is backordered it is on my doorstep two days after they get it in stock. Another good thing about the Tackle Warehouse is that they are always available when I need to make that impulse buy at 3am...

Plus it says on their site what is in stock and if its not in stock, when they will be getting it. Never had an issue with backorders from them, unlike another place that I wont mention. Cough cough BPS.

I just had a problem Saturday with a frog I bought from them, and they replaced it and shipped it free. I emailed them Sunday, they answered and shipped Monday, and it will be here today.
They are the class of the online tackle industry, the gold standard.
We should all shut up, or they may read this and find out they're worth more than they charge!
