Leaf Springs

I broke a leaf spring on my 99 Champion on the way to the WRL Saturday. Any suggestions on where to get a new in the Vacaville area???

Not good! Did they go out as you were driving? I have replaced 4 sets of spring on a few of my boats over the years. I buy mine from Sierra Trailor in Modesto.

If this is your 1st time, a suggestion: always replace both, and I like to go with 4 leafs. These boats are heavier with Gas and tackle.

Gone Fishing Marine in Dixon....I had the same problem and they put heaver springs on my trailer and I haven't had a problem since. Go talk to Mike Rowe in the service dept. Their phone number is 707-678-1600

Remember that's what the RMD Trailer Safety Device is all about. Bust a leaf spring and keep driving safely to get the trailer off road and fixed.
