Man! Why didn't I think of this...

Post by Brian D. »

Check out this awesome new bait-clip system from Parasite Weights.

This innovative bait-clip and weight system holds most soft plastic baits in place by preventing them from tearing off during a cast or sliding down the hook (bunching up) during the retrieve. This gives you a little extra edge without having a fouled cast when money is on the line.

They're great for throwing Flukes, Horney Toads, Ribbits, Senkos, T-rig, C-rig, Flippin / Pitchin. And, if you fish any of the newer Basstrix, Matt Lures, or paddle-type baits, you need to use this clip. It will not affect the swimming action of the bait.

The price is right~ $2.39 for 10 clips in either plastic coated red or standard galvanized. Once you start using them, you'll order them again and again.

Also, check out the bullet weight that has the clip integrated in lead or Tungsten for a few dollars more. This is a must have for anyone who flips, pitches, punches mats, or uses a Texas rig. No more Peg-its or toothpicks that can nick the line or make the bait spin.

See the video for the super EZ rigging instructions. These clips are awesome. Such a simple idea that will help you get more bites and save a few $$.

Soon to be at retailer and internet store near you. Or, you can always order online @ http://www.parasiteweights.com/index.html

If you have any questions on how they work, please drop me a note, PM, email, or see me on the water. I think you're going to like this product.

Doug go to the website they have a video on Youtube that shows you exactly how they work. It looks very simple and very impressive esp for the likes of Sweet Beavers, Paca Craws etc.. that always seem to be slipping down the hook.

Brian thats pretty neat stuff, good lookin out.

If you haven't already, click the link and to go the site. Even with the bend in EWG style hooks, these clips help keep the bait in place. They're cool for flippin and throwing Basstrix style baits. After a few casts, the front of the bait loosens and slides down the shank. The clip prevent the bait from moving.
