aba mcclure..results..."WOW" A POSSIBLE LAKE RECOR

Post by RMANZO »

25 teams showed up for the Motherlode region today... Alex Niapas and Jerry Harvey caught a 16.48 lb "PIG"........ from the sounds of it, it may be the new "official" lake record......
1st=`alex niapas/jerry harvey..bf=16.48..total..21.33
2nd= brian cox/rob marxmiller.. 11.85
3rd= bub tosh/russ herring..bf=5.51..total...........9.99
4th=terry kleingartner/sal guzman.......................8.92
5th=fred lopez/lance lopez...................................8.83
6th= joe bruce/andi stilley.....................................8.55
7th= andrew ditomasso/andrew jr.......................8.23
8th= curtis voigt/lyle voigt....................................8.11
9th= travis huckaby/vince hurtado.......................7.65
10th= garrett voigt/doug voigt.............................7.61
we had more boats than the last one at pedro and hopefully the word is spreading that you don't want to miss this circuit... i can only imagine what would happen if i start getting 50-60 boats
at these things........"SURPRISES" :o :o :o :o !!!!!

That fish was definately something to see. You the man Alex. To do it in a tournament is amazing. Again Manzo awesome job on the BBQ and the tourny. I cant believe your not getting more boats. Killer tourny and food what more could you ask for. C U on the 26th. Maybe alex will go for a 20 pounder. :lol:

Seems a lot of tourney's are having problems drawing boats lately. Is it because the higher cost of tourney fees and fuel prices? I have been staying away from tourney's myself for those exact reasons.
