You have to be careful believing Hollywood. anything he doesnt know, simply does not doesnt exist for him.Hollywood wrote:It doesn't exist Joey! And a whole bunch of the stuff that he is totally positive about does not exist at all.
The real spelling of that slough is not spelled pilot. It is pile it slough as in pile it high like we used to do with cow manuer outside the milking barn window. Most people nowadays call it BS but it really should be refered to as CS

And, when the cottonwoods start blossoming, it's time to head for the Feather River and chase the great American Shad...Adelman once told me, April 15 is a date to keep in mind for your first trip...Burned up more Mitchell 300's and 324's than any other fish around...Starbend Rd. was our favorite spot...It was a 69' Cougar back then, dang I wish I still had that car!...Plus a little J J Cale on the tape deck!...
Thanks Leon...

Cooch,
You know I felt the change in weather here in AZ this past week as well although no trees here to use as a barometer. I'll have to look around this week and see if there is anything in the Desert blooming. Seems to be a better indicator of Spring than good old Punxsutawney Phil.
