Some guys go the extra mile to help a friend. Jeff is definitely one of the people. The first day of the FLW Delta I had a small problem at the end of the day just before weigh in. I had 10 minutes to get to check in and my boat wouldn't start. I was in the middle of the Tract and couldn't leave my boat because the 3 footers would have carried it into the rocks in just a few minutes... Jeff saw I was having problems and quit fishing to tow me across the tract and get me to weigh in with seconds to spare. Both myself and my non-boater finished in the money and without Jeff's help we wouldn't have

I met Jeff a about a year ago when he owned ClearLake Bait and Tackle. He was super cool and helped me out a ton being a rookie. Put me on my first swimbait fish. He is still nice to me to this day even though I am not giving HIM money for lures anymore ect.....lol... I miss him owning the store though.... his wife was nice and her son too.

I fished with Jeff in the Stren , he was one the best Pro's i have drawn . He not only offered me baits to use that he thought was best , he told me how the fish were relating to the structure we were fishing . The only guy besides Bobby Barrack that has done that when i was in the back of the boat fishing .So you could actually learn something .
Jeff is a stand up guy and i hope he goes far in the sport , he is one guy who makes it all worth while once you draw a guy like him . Im sure there are many more such a Gary Dobyns and such , but for sure Jeff is one stand up guy right up there with the best of them .
