Have you heard about Capitol City Marine?

Post by Art Holman »

I just wanted to pass this info along. I am not a big time pro or make my living in a bass boat but I sure was treated that way :!: Saturday morning my 02 518 with a Opti 200 sucked a reed  thankfully it was a fiber so it didn't do any damage. Now I have a boat that won't run and a tourny the next morning  so I haul it over to CCM and ask if there was anything they could do. Phillip looked it over, checked their stock and told me he could get on it in a hour or two. Mike Van Wagner And Mike Mode are true freinds of the bass fisherman and I trully appreiciate all they have done for me :!: I am sure that they weren't just sitting around waiting for me to show up but they managed to squeeze me in. So in short I just wan't to say a great big THANK'S to Mike,Mike and Phillip I made the tourny and the boat ran great. If you have any problems with your boat I would hiley recommend Capitol City Marine (916)729-0590

YES this dealership is simply outstanding. I purchased a Ranger Z20/Yamaha 225 VMAX in 2005 from Mike and Gang. Any issue that I have had, has always been taken care of in timely, and professional manner. I highly recommend this dealership for all your marine needs.

Even though I could use a dealership closer to home for warranty work, I'll drive the extra distance just to ensure I get the attention and quality service that Capitol City marine provides. I just thought you might want to know.

It's called Customer Service, and Mike V. and the gang get it!

When your in business, especially today, it is the only thing that will set you apart from the other guy. It's the way business is meant to be run, and believe me, you stay in this sport for any length of time and you'll have an issue. Whether it's with your boat, motor, electronics, rods, reels, whatever.....it will happen.

That's when you can tell who really has a commitment to the customer's satisfaction, and that's when we are happy to have people like Capital City Marine around to do business with.

My wife and I have known Mike since the mid 80's. He is always there to help in any way he can.
We had a team tournament at Isabella Lake. He delivered our new 1987 18'4" Champion to us that morning before blast off. The boat performed flawlessly.
Over the years we have bought 3 other boats with his help.
Just lately I was having problems with the delivery of a new trolling motor, two were sent from another source, both were damaged by UPS. I called Mike and he arranged to have the new motor to be personally delivered and intact.
Thank you Mikey

A few weeks back I was in need of some service and posted here for a good Yamaha shop.
Tony suggested Mike Van Wagner and Capitol City Marine, I called Mike up and he tried to cure my problem over the phone, I looked at a few things he suggested but lacked confidence that I had found the problem, Mike was going to jump me right in thinking I had an upcoming Tournament. I told him that infact I wasn't fishing Tournaments this year, so not to bump anyone for me, and I'd just bring the boat in later in the week. I had then do a complete service as well as fix my problem, I'm a very satisfied customer. I ,live in Suisun so I drive past serval shop to deal with Mike.. I introduced myself to him, he remembered our phone conversation, my boat, my problem, everything, then remmebered me when I came back... It's the little things that count, like treating your customers like friends even if you had just met them.. Mike does this..
They even checked the Yamaha bulletins for any service updates my HPDI required.....
Thanks Mike and Cap City Marine
